I think what you should be asking is what caused the enlargement? I have owned many unfixed dogs and never had to deal with anything of that matter. As far as finding a female to stud your male to you're going to run into a few problems 1. Being you'll have to tell the dams owner of his possible health risk and they might not want to risk their dam or risk future puppies also developing the same condition if it's genetic 2. He's really old and male dogs just like human males sperm quality starts to degrade as they get older and into their senior years. He may very well not even be able to sire a litter.
