IBD is caused by food allergies. My Callie has IBD. They put her on Royal Canin hydrolyzed small breed prescription food and it has made a huge difference in her life. Also if she is throwing up yellow foam that is bile which means her tummy is empty so you can talk to your vet about Pepcid and you might want to give small meals multiple times a day.
