Leather? Yum Yum. LOL! Seriously, leather is the *perfect* chew toy for pups. I haven't met a dog yet who didin't like it.

I think your best bet is to keep all leather out of reach. You may have to make "leather patrols" around your house a couple times a day to be sure that there's none handy.
