I’m thinking she might not be a good breeder or should would not breed the dogs if they keep having non normal numbers. Ussally baby teeth are piled when spayed and you don’t wait because it can effect the alignment of the teeth and so you only have to put them under once. I don’t think I could ever give back a pup especially to a bad breeder but that is up to you.
