My vet did a full panel of blood test. Liver, gallbladder, kidney etc. Everything was normal except for the pancreas. I’m thinking the range was like 900 to 1800. His was over 3,200. I feel sure that’s his problem. He offered to give another injection for vomiting but he has only vomited like once a day the bile. Some days he hasn’t vomited at all. I just felt something wasn’t right. I know they do it at times but not that often. I didn’t feel he needed the injection this time His last vomiting was yesterday morning. Hope I’m doing everything possible for him because I have sure worried. He has lost 6 ounces in the last 2 mos. I knew he was losing weight just by feeling him. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but he is only a 9 pounder and would be several pounds to an adult. My female I lost 3 years ago was only 4. She got sick on a Friday night and passed on the next Mon. Vet had her hooked on antibiotics and IV but she went fast with little warning. |
