Hello guys,

I m the owner of a 4 lbs biewer yorkie. She is 3 years old. I ve always had probles with her digestive system.
Since she was puppy she was a verry fussy eater. She never liked her dry food. I used to feed her human food( Chicken, beef, mash patatoes etc) i didnt knew this will damage her and at that time i was only happy that she is eating...
Anyway she used to have episodes of being sick every 6 weeks or so. She would woke up with noisy tummy then throw up foam then diarea with bloode or mucus sometimes. She wouldnt eat. The first vet i ve been to said it's because of her diet. I ve trayed to limit her diet and change it to dry food royal canin but she still was sick from time to time.
2 months ago i was in holliday back to my parents and my mom used to give her chicken leg boiled skinless and vegetable. She had this before many times. Sudently she did a very nasty episode with vomiting and lots of bloode diarea.
We rushed to a diferent vet specialised in gastroenterology problems. This vet did a proper investigations and we found out she has IBD. This is what he thinks. He said her intestines are the problem rather then her pancreas!
He gave her big doses of metronidazole injection twice a day for a week then pills for another 2 weeks. He also gave her pancrezym and some sort of hormon pills for allergy togheder with probiotics. We finished her tratment.
He advice us to compleatly change her diet and to give her new protein + fibre.
A protein she never ate before!. We trayed rabbit with sweet patatoes but she hated it and never ate it. We switched it to duck breast and green beans at the vet reccomendation. Duck was anothet meat she never had.

At the moment it s still not good. She doesnt get severe sick like before but almost everymorning i woke up with noise tummy following by a bit of throw up and i can see she is not good. She doesnt gave blood diarea anymore and the crises are not that severe but she is not well. She is not eating all day untill late at night when she feels a bit better. She rests. Now i only give her the duck with green beans. I m buying the duck from the ferm traying to keep it as organic as posible.
I dont know what to.do...i dont know what to feed her. It doesnt seems to work well for her. Everyday she is sick. Probably need to change diet again. Doctor said again new protein! I dont know any new protein meet anymore. I ve trayed all. I m at the end off my wits please help me. ☹😢What shall i do?? What food to give her? I m preparing her for a stomac biopsy next month.
