Default Concern about lumps around mammary

Hello,

The love of my life, Baby, is a 9 year old female Yorkie. She has not been spayed yet, which I am planning to take her in for anyway next week.

However, I started to notice lumps around her mammary area.
Around 3 weeks ago, I went to my vet about a small lump inside her stomach. He said it was most likely a hernia that he can take of during her spay.

I then had to go on a two week trip but when I returned, I noticed that these lumps. There seems to be a hard pea sized lump inside her mammary. While not visible, I can definitely feel it -- right above her vulva.

Her behaviors haven't changed and I haven't noticed anything to say that she's feeling unwell.

I am taking her to the vet today because I can't wait any longer. I am praying its not cancer or anything serious.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this happen?

Thank you.
