my yorkie had the same problem she would have bright red blood in her poo and sometimes jelly stuff the vet said she had irritable bowel and gave her some tablets. i also gave her just plan chicken for a week to help her tummy settle which worked. if your dog has got this they will always have it but with the right diet they will be fine.
