Vetriscience Perio Support - used this before, unsure if it makes a huge difference but the vet recommended it to sprinkle over his food. He loves the taste too so it works as a great topper.

Petsmile Toothpaste - we usually use CET but I saw this one recommended on here a few times and its the only toothpaste that is VOHC approved and doesn't technically need to be 'brushed' to work.

HealthyMouth gel (also VOHC approved and have used before with great success... when I ran out is when I noticed his teeth going downhill. I'll likely purchase the water addtive too, just couldn't afford both at once, it's not cheap!):
