Warm water on cotton usually is soothing to them. Have a treat handy and give her one every time you clean her eyes. Forget the food change thing...never works imo. I tried it with a couple of mine. I think some have more drainage than others. You also could end up with bigger problems if you change her food.....they are prone to GI issues with food changes. When something works, I hesitate to change

Have you had the vet look at her eyes?
