Food allergies again are very rare. If a dog was truly allergic to a certain food they couldn't have a food that was made in the same factory that made foods with the allergen because it would end up cross contaminated. If a dog had a true food allergy they would have to be on a prescription food that is made not to be cross contaminated. Like humans with peanut allergy's can not have anything made in a plant that makes peanuts or things with peanuts in them. Its the same thing.
