Hi,
I am not sure if I understood your first post where you said it is like she is not getting oxygen? Is this what you meant cause it sounds to me like you said she is having trouble breathing mostly at night. If so then this is a definite cause for concern and I do not understand why your vet would tell you she would outgrow this problem of not getting oxygen. I also agree that I dog does not outgrown a cough problem. If they cough there is a reason.I hope you find the solution and the reason for this problem.
