She is on Hill's K/D food but she doesn't really have an appetite. They told me to have a plan. We go back Thursday to see if the fluids have lowered her numbers. The vet said even if they're lower, the chances of her surviving much longer than a week or so isn't likely. My heart is breaking.

Lolly, my lab has fallen ill as well. She is vomiting and has no appetite. I took her to the vet yesterday afternoon and blood work looks good, no fever, no parasites, no pancreatitis. They sent me home with Flagyl and gave her a couple of injections for nausea. I have to wonder if Lolly is just stressed due to Lexi dying and Dexter's episode last week.

And I will post pictures as soon as I can. So much going on right now.
My Rookie has horrible numbers and has for years....they are really bad right now. I thought I would lose him last year...and he went bad about 2 weeks ago. His blood work was worse and he had no appetite and was weak. My vet and I discussed letting him go then...I left him for one day for IV fluids and when I went to get him he looked awful. I had plans to let him go the next day...just wanted one more night and didn't want to leave him all day only to let him go at the end of that day. I put him on Mirtazapine (if you haven't tried it....ask your vet for it because it can really help the appetite) .. and he started eating the next morning! He is on Mirtazapine daily now. He is on subcutaneous fluids 3x/week now. While I realize his time is limited, he really is doing well right now!! I highly suggest you get something other than KD!! I have never had a dog eat that food! I usually use Purina NF instead (it is the equivalent to KD) ... but, honestly, when they won't eat, I give them anything. I put a few different types of food on a plate and let them pick.

SO...my advice for today... call your vet and get Mirtazapine if you have not tried it....and get a different food! When they are this sick I think it is fine to let them eat whatever makes them happy!

Another tidbit.....one of the specialists I use has always said, "treat the dog, not the labs". Keep that in mind ... if I went by Rookie's numbers right now, I would let him go.

So sorry about Lolly...do hope she is better soon! She could be stressed.

So sorry you are going through so much.
