PS..my friend Pati and I were in Long Horn yesterday for lunch. She saw a photo on the wall by our booth..it was a cattle stockyard. She asked me if that was for real..yes, it it! THousands of cows crammed into pens waiting for transport to the slaughter house..Pati decided to eat chicken..I am not a beef eater, but Pati is a serious Cow eater..it must have gotten to her!!.. | If you take the highway through Amarillo, Texas you can see and smell the cattle that are crammed into the pens waiting for transport. I felt so bad for them.
