There are a few growth charts online however its not also as accurate. You can use one, I think there are a few on the YT that you can use to gauge. Your baby may gain another pound or two after you spay but when I did the growth chart your baby was about 3.5-4.5pounds so don't fret too much.
My Troy was 4.2 full grown and he was a joy to have. He wasn't frail but small. Emma is ~7 pounds and she likes to eat so she is a bit more solid if I was to use a term.
