Welcome to YT, I have had 4 yorkies that ate just about whatever they could, and my city rescue boy that now lives a life of a country boy will eat anything that moves, but none of them ever ate worms (thank GOD) if your boy appears to not be well I would get him to the vet. I don't know if worms are a danger to his health but one doesn't know what a worm could wiggle through, I would be concerned what was on the worms body and my dog has ingested it. I would be at the vet now.
