Hi
I just brought home my second yorkie and my 1st is scared of the puppy. The puppy has gone to the bathroom in his area and now Toby( my 1st) won't go to the bathroom there!!!
Every time the puppy comes near him he just runs away. And your saying this is normal? Should I keep the potty area seperate too! Also if I hold the puppy and then later go to pick up Toby he won't cuddle because he can smell the puppy, he will hold his head away from me. I guess I am just looking for reassurance that this will get better because I feel like I am being mean to Toby by bring a puppy (Teddy) home. Thanks for any help you can give me!! |
