We call Muffin "Muffaletta". I had to place a catering order at work last year and the company that I went through has an item called the "Muffelatta Sandwich" and for some reason the name of that sandwich stuckin my mind and when Muffin came along she became "Muffaletta". I guess it's kind of a natural choice because I'm Italian so I now have an Italian Yorkshire Terrier!!
