Thank you for your replies. He looks somewhat different tan other Yorkies I know. I had Nunu for 15 years. He was black/tan when he was puppy. Toby has no black in his coat. In his papers he was listed like black/tan whan he was taken to the puppy store. But I have little trust to this store. He came from there with fleas and Giardia in the stool. Of course, I took him to the vet 4 days after he became family. Vet did not say anything about him being blue. I did not know anything about this problem. I was searching Internet about silver/blue Yorkies and read about such abnormality.
