My 4 girls now all passed were kept in full coat, I had lost two before I moved to the country and had two left, both in full coat, now they had a yard to run and play in and I was always picking leaves and what not out of the smallest ones hair, so in she went and got her first puppy cut, she was 10 yo, I LOVED it, now I was able to mush her up and smother her body with smooches. My adopted boy is kept in a puppy cut year round, I can love him up without concern of matting his hair, I LOVE puppy cuts. I also get to see that cute little butt wiggle when he trots lol. Love my boy.
