This is normal puppy behavior, she is experiencing life. It is up to you to train hard biting is not acceptable. When she is in hard attack mode, distract her with a toy that she can bite on, then praise her when she takes it. Consistency in correction is a must and the entire family must get evolved with it. This must be corrected now when she is still young. Make sure she has lots of teething toys for her to bite on, and remember lots of praise and treats when he plays and bites her toys.
