Welcome to YT and congrats on your soon to be new baby girl. You don't have to worry about keeping them separated lol, your little princess will stay away from frisky pouncing puppy. I would keep them separated when they eat until your lil princess has accepted the new kid which could take weeks or a couple of months. If / when lil Miss princess comes to sniff out this strange critter watch them closely, always supervise when they are together. Make sure Miss princess has a safe place to go, away from the puppy. When ever I bought home a new baby my older ones stayed up on the sofa, away from nippy fur ball. Always make Miss princess first in everything, first to get fed, treats, greeted when you go out and return home. It may take time for Miss princess to stay on the floor in the same room with the new kid but they will become BFF. Please keep us posted when the baby comes home.
