It is just my husband and myself most of the time. We got the medium - and I am very glad we did. I can grill enough for 4 hearty eaters - or I can grill a steak + all the fixins' for the two of us. One of my favorites is pork tenderloin, grilled squash, sweet potato and some good ole garlic bread.
You can grill without using all of the surface, but if you need more room and you don't have it, well you are in big grillin' trouble. |
