I use Sentinel Spectrum and have found no trouble. However I am always cautious with meds and only used the proportion of the chew according to my dog's weight. The instructions say to crush the tablet into small pieces and mix with food, and I really crush the tablet up. I feed in the morning so I can see if he has any side effects, but so far so good. With chews the medicine is not evenly distributed so just giving some of it is not getting them all of the medication so I would make sure to give the whole chew.
