| Cody has a sensitive stomach, and he has been on Sentinel for years without issue. They have a dose for dogs 2-10 pounds.
Since you said you have tried most brands, I will assume you tried it. If not, that is my suggestion.

I once tried a flea/tick topical, and my dog had an adverse reaction to it, so I wouldn't be inclined to use a topical heartworm either.
