Here is a link to an interesting AKC read about dogs, diarrhea, and pumpkin: Pumpkin for Treating Dog Diarrhea - American Kennel Club | Pure pumpkin is wierd with it's uses. Some have success in using pumpkin for diarrhea and others it didn't work. When I originally called my vet about this, I mentioned pumpkin and they said to not give it to him because it could make the diarrhea worse.
I am thinking that if nothing happens soon, I will add a small amount of plain yogurt with active cultures to help. I just have to make sure it is organic or all natural with NO artificial sweeteners (which is toxic to dogs).
