I followed the first sticky post in this forum "how to post pictures".
When you write a post, there is a "clip" icon for attachments and then you can choose the pictures from your PC.
One key thing is that the pictures need to be no more than 200KB in size. For that I use Irfanview (free program) to resize my pics before uploading.
