Spaying is usually done after all vaccines have been given and before the first heat, appox. 6 months old. I see on her website she spays and neuters her puppies, if she is releasing these puppies for sale at 12 weeks old it is not safe for the health of the puppies to be spayed at 12 weeks or younger. I am experienced with females and know the age spaying is usually performed. From the ppl I know with males they are neutered from 8 months and over. I would hesitate to purchase a puppy that is spayed or neutered before the proper age. Check with any vet, ask what age is spaying advised, ask if spaying a 12 / 13 week old puppy is safe.
