Have you any thoughts which would help this little guy at least be more comfortable? (P.S. If we try to add different food to his chicken and rice, he invariably gets sick. But he loves Kirkland Chicken and Rice kibble, so we give him a few pieces every meal and have had no ill effects.) |
Specifically what tests have been done? I have NEVER had a vet tell me to leave a dog on chicken and rice long term and I have cared for many pups with GI issues. Usually they put them on RX dog foods. I have a foster who had problems similar to what you are describing....Hill's ID low fat food has stopped the problems.
