They look they they spay and neuter before you get the puppy and in my opinion that is way to early. Not including Partis because that is its own debate but reputable breeders do not breed for color faults and I'm not really sure how they are getting their white color but yorkies aren't supposed to be that color so instead of caring more about health they maybe caring more about color.
