Yeah, I'm hoping it will improve their rep too. But hey, they're new and still working to improve. I actually talked w/ a CKC rep yesterday and she said they plan to eventually require this for all of their breeders. I am hoping maybe this will weed out some of the bad ones, like the lady I turned in that had "about 40 or 50" dogs in a chicken house!
Their list or requirements are things I already do anyway. (Actually, there are some AKC breeders I've met who I doubt could provide some of this stuff.) Plus, if you are accepted, you get benefits, like a free subscription to their magazine, free ads in it, on their webpage, etc. I plan to send in an application. I'm going to try to get in all in order this weekend.
I was just wondering if there was anyone else who'd done this and if CKC had asked for anything not mentioned in addition so I can just go ahead and include that too.
