My Yorkie has anxiety issues after being neutered two years ago, every time I take him to the groomers he breaks out in a horrible rash. He digs and licks until he's raw. We've even had to have him treated at the vet. He does fine when I bath him. Could it be her shampoo or is it more likely the stress from separation. The vet put him on Prozac to help with anxiety. He does fine when we leave him home, ( we have a poodle as well who keeps him company) but if we take him out he freaks out. He loves to ride but is super anxious in the car. He does not break out in any of theses instances except the groomers. That's why I'm leading toward allergy. Any suggestions welcomed.
