I also never heard of it, I don't think anyone knows ORANGE means dog is inside pet. But orange is an eye-catching color. Amazon has all color collars with name and phone number imprinted on them. Orange is not Cody's fav. color, but it is loud lol.
I am putting this on FB, this is how word gets out.
