I have a 4month old female Yorkie named Gypsy. She is constantly peeing on herself. Her tail stays wet and she stinks so I bathe her multiple times a week. She is having lots of difficulty house breaking. She was treated for a UTI but that is now clear and the vet can find nothing else wrong... Anyone ever experienced this? HELP!!!
