Default Seizure or stung by fire ant

Hello Everyone... new to this site... but i have a question.
I took my yorkies out to potty after getting home from work (around 215am)
Gracie went to the edge of the driveway and had her nose in the crack where the grass was edged... about 3 minutes later, i started to take her back indoors and she just looked at me with glassy eyes and just sat down on the cement. i called her name and she didn't repsond, just looked at me so i thought she needed to go poo.. but when i took her over to the grass she just laid down, again not responding to me... i thought this was unusual.
so i picked her up and took her inside where she just went limp like a rag doll and i kept saying whats wrong Gracie, (i know she can't talk) but there was no reaction to her name like there usually is... then i put her on the couch and she lost all body functions, so i put her on the floor and after a few minutes her jowls started to rise and to show her teeth so i picked her up and rushed her to the vet hospital.. on the way she started coming out of it...after examination and blood work.. dr said he might have been stung,,but the symptoms i told she thought maybe a seizure. that is why they did the bloodwork. her enzymes were 539. i have no clue what it could have been, i know here glucose was 205. little high for dogs i think.. but they gave here 3 injections and now she is the same but i worry when i take her out now if this will happen again.. any ideas?
thanks
