I agree - this is Sorry, I am not available right now informational thing. None of us were there. It did spark a conversation with my local chief of police (he lives 2 doors down) and several,other officers (I live in the subdivision where most of the police officers seem to live) so that I could understand the laws and procedures that come into play in such a scenario.

I learned a great deal - some I liked and some I didn't - but I also learned what to expect in such a situation from my local law enforcement folks (all of whom I think are great)!

So consider this an information/learning opportunity for all of us!
