The vet did told me my dog also has pneumonia. I've asked my vet about the way he breathes because he looked like he was having a hard time breathing and also making noises when he does. I've asked the vet about it because it sounded like a heart murmur. Ever since we brought him back home, he hasn't been making a goose honking sound and now is more of a dry cough and gagging once in a while. The vet told me that the reason why he has been breathing like that is because of his pneumonia but im still worried if he has any other condition.
