Default Flea foggers make fleas flee...........

We owned a house that had a terrible flea infestation. We learned that if you use flea foggers it only kills fleas on surfaces it lands on and usually doesn't contain an IGR. So, fleas will literally flee to behind baseboards, under furniture, etc. and just multiply there. In addition, fleas are becoming immune to the most common spray ingredient pyrephrins.

You'll save a lot of time and money if you find a professional who uses an IGR (methopryne), contains a bait that draws them out of hiding, as well as an ingredient that kills adult fleas in the area where you live.

A good professional will also tell you the other things you can do inside and out to prevent problems.
