Thank you for the update. I hope they return your money, if not I would do as you say. Go to the media where their followers are and spread the word of their deceit and refusing to refund your money. You can also take them to small claims court if you have that in your country. When buying any dog always try to see the puppy in person, and pick the puppy up yourself to be sure it is the puppy you selected. I think you learned a very big and painful lesson here.
