So that night kinda late I ordered it from chewy who got the vets info to contacted them well. I wanted to get the paper prescription too have for an emergency so my mom called and picked it up really early (this was Saturday) and when she got back I emailed chewy to see if they got in contact with my vet or needed me to send a picture of my prescription and they already contacted the vet and sent it. They emailed me back within the hour too so I got great customer service and will keep using them. I think its just blown up because people generally fear change. |

I agree! I've used Chewy for YEARS and have had nothing but amazing customer service from them. If your dog does not do well with a food or something, they tell you to keep it and donate it and still refund your money... etc. (I think this is one of the reasons they had to be bought out and accept the money, they had been losing money for years, there was an article about it...) But unfortunately when these kinds of things happen, there usually is change.... it takes a while.... but I'm sure little things will start to change with the new ownership. Only time will tell. Like I said, that was the first time I'd ever had 1 order come in 3 different shipments on 3 different days... no idea if it was a fluke or because they were coming from their different warehouses or whatever... but I can only hope they remain as great as they always have been.
