I believe at 14 weeks, they will be constantly peeing whenever they need to. They're pretty much babies in diapers at this point.

I would suggest that you strictly restrict her access to any carpeted areas at all times. Instead, limit her space to a small confined area that is covered with potty pads. At the same time, take her outside to potty on a regular schedule (if you're trying to outdoor potty train her).

Yorkies are very small. It'll take a lot of time before they develop the muscles to hold in their potty. Don't be alarmed if it takes a little over a year before they can completely hold their potty without accidents.

P.S. I hope she's had her shots already before taking her outside.
