If just you, you may want to take pup to vet and ask them to show you restraint options to use for this. OR, ask what other form the med can come in...OR, can you put the liquid onto wet food and have him absorb it that way...? |
This is the best advice--consult with the vet. When we had to give our Bella liquid Metacam in a syringe following her luxating patella surgery, we didn't have any problems, but each dog is different.
