Yep and they are good at getting their jaws in that collar sometimes. After they get over that phase you can lossen it. I have Callie's where if she gets stuck on something she can slip out of it. Joeys is slightly loser like I can get two fingers in there but Penny's has to stay simi tight and she cannot have it on in the crate just in case. Most of my pups were used to them by 8 months but the people I got Penny from never put one on Penny so at a year she is getting used to it. We also had the phase of Penny taking Joeys off lol.
