I have to keep Monroe's shaved all the time and one still likes to flop a little when she doesn't feel 100%, is sleepy or is just in a bad mood (she's my Diva-dog)... you might try getting an electric shaver so you can get a closer cut and get all excess weight off the ears. I just have a cheap battery operated one that I use on their ears, bums & feet. Also try massaging her ears to increase blood flow.
Hopefully she's still just adjusting and if you take off a little more weight off the ears they'll pop back up in no time. I've come to accept that a Yorkie with a little ear flop is just as cute though!!!
