When puppies leave there moms before 12 weeks they can have issues with biting, socialization and potty training. They learn those things for mom and there siblings that's why reputable breeders keep them until 12 weeks. With the biting you say no and put one of his toys in his mouth. I would be careful with the bullysticks when his adult teeth come in because they can break teeth.
