I have sifted through scam after scam and I'm angry. I really want one for my girlfriends daughter. She is 11 and is very responsible. We live in Oregon and I want to be able to see the puppie before we take her home. If you are a breeser or know someone who is or can point me in the right direction for a puppie here in Oregon or Washington. Please please let me know.
