I break out in horrible welts if a mosquito bites me. Here in Texas in the evening heat can be a real problem with them. I did something that someone suggested to me. To buy Sea Breeze and use a cotton ball and rub on my feet and leg's, since they said mosquito's hate the smell. So I bought and tried and so far I haven't any bite me at all. Not sure if that may be option for you or not to try.
