Well if she's purposely getting undersized puppies.... That's kind of one of the telltale signs that she's not really caring that much about the health aspects of where the dogs come from etc....

Why people want a smaller dog is beyond me... much more fragile imho. I think a regular yorkie is small as it is... if you want something smaller get a pet rat or a hamster.... or a stuffed animal of a yorkie...
