You can use her dog food at a treat. Have you tried cheerios? If just a fenced in yard dosent work you could look at one of those outside kennel that has the sides and the top and take her out and put her in that for her potty times or exercise. I don't mean leave her out like all day but just when you would take her potty. I get the mosquito thing because I am allergic to them badly and allergic to the deet in big sprays.
