He is not in a crate, he has his bed and pad in my small kitchen so today to punish him I kept him gated in the kitchen and went back after 10 min and put him on the pad and repeated pee pee about 50 times but still he wont pee, so from now on he is not allowed outside the kitchen to play till he pees
